Abhijit Sen is a distinguished financial leader with over four decades of experience in banking, finance and corporate management. He retired as Chief Financial Officer – India Subcontinent at Citi in February 2015, after 18 years of overseeing Finance across India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, including Controllership, Corporate Treasury, Financial Planning, Product Control and Tax. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in strategic franchise expansion, regulatory advocacy, corporate governance and establishing Citi-owned NBFCs and technology centers, leveraging his expertise in finance and technology. Prior to Citi, he held senior finance roles at CEAT Limited and Tata Tea Limited, driving financial strategy, internal controls and operational efficiency.
Post-retirement, Sen served as a Senior Advisor with Ernst & Young (2015–2024), providing strategic guidance to banking and financial services entities. He currently serves on several boards, including Kalyani Forge Ltd, Manappuram Finance Ltd and HDFC Credila Financial Services, chairing their Audit Committees and participating in Risk, Credit and other board committees.He is also a member of the Treasury & Investment Committees of the National Stock Exchange and advises private equity firms and start-ups on governance, regulatory compliance, capital planning and balance sheet optimization.
Sen holds a B.Tech (Hons) from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA with majors in Finance and Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his expertise in financial management, strategic planning, regulatory compliance and governance. Married with two sons, he continues to mentor entrepreneurs and contribute to the development of India’s financial and corporate sector.
Ash Malhotra is a seasoned corporate leader with over 40 years of experience across management, finance and governance, spanning industries such as oil-refining machinery, abrasives, merchant banking, housing finance, mortgages and FMCG. His career has traversed start-ups, SMEs and large conglomerates, giving him a rare, end-to-end perspective on business building, transformation and leadership across diverse organizational scales and management levels.
For the past two decades, Ash has focused on training, mentoring and executive coaching, working with organizations and professionals worldwide. He has designed and delivered face-to-face, online and blended learning programs, training aspiring leaders from nearly every nationality. This extensive global exposure has enabled him to adapt coaching and mentoring approaches across cultures, industries and evolving business contexts with precision and impact.

Ashutosh is a seasoned technology and operations leader with over 35 years of experience across the global IT industry, spanning companies such as Wipro, IBM, Microsoft, HP, Dell and Tata Technologies. He currently serves as Public Interest Director on the board of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX), where he chairs the Standing Committee on Technology and the Audit Committee. Inducted during a critical technology migration, he successfully guided the management team through the transition, enabling MCX to scale its trading volume, revenue and profitability, with SEBI approval recently granted for his second term.
In his executive career, Ashutosh has led large-scale global operations and transformation initiatives, managing businesses with revenues up to $3 billion and teams of over 27,000 professionals. Key roles include Sr. VP & Chief Delivery and Operations Officer at Dell Services, CEO of Wipro BPO Solutions and leadership positions at Tata Technologies and NTT Data. He is recognized for driving business growth through digital transformation, process simplification, cultural change and technology-led innovation across diverse sectors such as Automotive, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare and Energy.
Ashutosh holds a BE in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal and a PG Diploma from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has served on the NASSCOM Executive Council and the MAIT Governing Council and mentors start-ups leveraging digital technologies. An avid sports and fitness enthusiast, he has completed multiple half-marathons and high-altitude treks and contributes to social impact initiatives, including co-founding The Agricollaboratory, a Section 8 company.
Mihir is a seasoned finance leader with over 30 years of experience across wealth management, investment banking, capital markets, asset reconstruction and structured finance. He has spent nearly 25 years in CFO and senior leadership roles, where he consistently aligned financial strategy with business objectives to scale start-ups and high-growth institutions. His strengths span capital raising, M&A, investor relations, business transformation and performance management, underpinned by a strong record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Over the past decade, Mihir served as Group CFO and a core member of the senior leadership teams at India’s leading wealth and investment banking firms, including 360 ONE, Avendus Capital, Waterfield Advisors and most recently Nuvama Wealth Management. Across these roles, he led milestone initiatives such as equity listings, large capital raises, complex business reorganizations and M&A transactions—demonstrating strong execution, deep commercial insight and effective engagement with boards, investors, regulators, rating agencies and bankers.
Earlier, Mihir was a founding senior leader at ARcil, India’s first and largest Asset Reconstruction Company, where he played a pivotal role over nearly a decade in strategic growth, fundraising and investor relations. His career also includes senior P&L and CFO roles within the ICICI Group, including leading ICICI Home Finance during its start-up phase. Post his corporate career, Mihir advises global investment firms, serves on the advisory board of a wealth start-up and actively contributes thought leadership through expert networks—bringing seasoned judgment and strategic perspective to complex financial and governance challenges.

Throughout his career, he has led prominent organizations including Aswin Cold Forge Pvt Ltd, Cargowings Logistics Limited and TVS Supply Chain Solutions, delivering significant operational and financial outcomes. Key achievements include driving revenue growth from ₹47 Cr to ₹93 Cr at Cargowings, expanding customer bases, optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing enterprise-wide telematics solutions and developing data-driven frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Madras, a B.S. in Industrial Management from BITS Pilani and a PGD in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare. He subsequently led the transformation of Louis Philippe and Allen Solly from single-category shirt brands into multi-billion-dollar lifestyle businesses, laying the foundation for what is now ABFRL, a company with a market capitalization exceeding ₹25,500 crores. This journey involved complex M&A integration, large-scale cultural change and driving eightfold revenue growth.
Drawing from this lived leadership experience, he now focuses on developing leaders through executive coaching and mentoring. As an ICF-PCC accredited coach with over 1,300 coaching hours, he works closely with CEOs, CXOs and future leaders to navigate critical transitions, strengthen executive presence and lead with clarity, agility and authenticity. Venugopal is a seasoned leadership and talent advisory professional with over two and a half decades of experience building, scaling and leading organizations across executive search, leadership consulting and hospitality. He served as the Managing Partner of Cornerstone International Group – India, where he was part of the leadership team and one of the country’s most respected retained executive search and leadership consulting firms. Under his stewardship, Cornerstone India supported client organisations across multiple offices and the company had successfully delivered over 1,000 CXO-level search mandates and helped lead Indian and multinational organizations build strong, future-ready leadership teams.
An entrepreneur at heart, Venugopal has founded and co-founded several successful ventures. He was the Founder and CEO of PeopleSmart Leadership Consulting, which he built into a 60-member organization offering executive search, recruitment and staffing services across India.
He also co-founded Auriel Global Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in strategy, go-to-market execution and global partnerships. Notably, he led the design of a coaching curriculum that earned ACTP accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for the first time in India, enabling credentialing at ACC and PCC levels. Additionally, as Co-Founder and Director of Jade Hospitainment Private Limited, he was responsible for the strategic direction and expansion of a hospitality business with owned and operated properties.
